This is the first class of our Spirit Goddess series, which is aimed for teenage girls ages 12-18 along with their mothers or guardians.

This class will be both dialogue and creation including topics of body image, self-esteem and learning how to create a vision board.  Facilitators: Liza Rumery and Jen Dentler.
